Son muy cómodos. Generalmente tengo problemas con este tipo de auriculares, ya que al poco de tenerlos puestos se mueve alguno de ellos o ambos, lo que provoca que ya no se escuchen bien y entre más ruido externo. No es el caso con éstos; se acomodan perfectamente al oído gracias a su forma, lo sellan bien y no se mueven del sitio, lo que personalmente agradezco mucho. Tienen un tamaño reducido, tanto los auriculares como el estuche, y una autonomía destacable (según el fabricante 10h que llegan a 20 con el estuche). Yo los he utilizado toda la jornada de trabajo sin problema. Además son muy ligeros, no causan fatiga. También resisten el sudor y las salpicaduras (IPX4) como cabe esperar en un producto de este nivel. El sonido es muy bueno, aunque puede llevar a engaño. Tal y como vienen tienen un sonido discreto, que puede parecer plano. Recomiendo instalar la aplicación de Sony, que te permite ecualizar el sonido, activar o desactivar el DSEE (Digital Sound Enhancement Engine, un sistema para no perderse las sutilezas de los agudos y potenciarse los graves, defectos que suelen tener este tipo de auriculares internos) o actualizar el software de los auriculares, entre otras funciones. Tras tunearlos a mi gusto los utilicé con otros aparatos como el ordenador, disfrutando de la potencia de graves que a mí me gusta y con unos agudos y medios definidos. La conexión Bluetooth es muy buena y estable, y el emparejamiento muy sencillo, bien con la app o del modo tradicional manteniendo los botones de ambos auriculares pulsados 5 sg. En resumen buen sonido, conexión, batería y ergonomía, lo que les da una relación calidad/precio excelente.

Nice sound but one earbud stopped working after a couple of months. The retailer website says Sony should deal with it but having worked through the Sony support website for some reason it concludes that I should contact the retailer. I am stuck in the middle. Disappointing really.

Need to be charged. Works after ten minutes and is fully charged. Awful product so much regret if buying it. Will not buy more Sony. Regarding the product falling out of the ear we have some recommendations that can help avoid that to happen, you can try the following:
- Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different.
- Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

I bought these about 2 years ago. The quality is nice, they are not noise-cancel headphones, which is great for activities like cycling, being aware of your surroundings etc. Sony is a good brand, flexible with android and ios devices. However, their microphone is not great. I have to speak quite loud so people can hear me and sometimes they cannot hear me well at all, which leads me to remove them, defeating the whole purpose. Overall they are nice, but I would not buy again this specific product.

Ho comprato queste cuffiette da poco ma sono molto soddisfatta perché sono comode, non danno assolutamente fastidio, l'acustica è buona e la carica dura veramente a lungo. Inoltre il prezzo era scontato. Molto soddisfatta.

ho avuto tanti problemi con un paio di cuffie wireless sportive della JBL, attualmente seconda volta rimandate in garanzia per problemi di audio di basso volume; nel frattempo che ritornassero dall'assistenza ho comprato queste cuffie Wireless in offerta a Mediaworld e devo dire che nonostante costano meno della metà delle JBL, l'audio e la fruibilità del prodotto è superlativo, sono felicissimo dell'acquisto e lo rifarei mille volte, grazie

Después de comprar muchos auriculares porque yo iba buscando que le durance la batería me compré estos Sony y la verdad es que les duran más de ocho horas lo se porque son las horas que estoy trabajando en la fábrica y digo que son más dé ocho horas porque aún cuando los dejó todavía les queda batería. Bueno y la calidad de sonido buena yo los recomiendo calidad precio muy bien

On my second pair of these after the first ones died a natural death after 3 years and surviving a fall from a tree. Had an issue with my second pair which have since been replaced by Sony while still in warranty - very happy about that! HOWEVER, trying to get through to customer services to secure a repair job took years off my life, between battling AI chat bots and never ending phone holds. Overall, the product is fantastic and I’ll probably buy again when these ones eventually break. The fact they were replaced within a reasonable time frame was commendable. But god help me if I need to speak to customer services ever again…

An sich super aber nach 1.5 Jahren lädt einer der Ohrstöpsel nicht mehr. Eine ganze Weile lässt er sich noch benutzen aber irgendwann ist der Akku leer und das Produkt ein Fall für die Mülltonne. Reparatur nicht möglich

Buon prodotto con caratteristiche di ascolto molto buone. Non si connetteva ad alcune apparecchiature bluetooth. Solo dopo aver aggiornato il firmware all'ultima versione disponibile hanno funzionato molto bene. Il sito della Sony e i percorsi per arrivare all'aggiornamento non sono proprio dei migliori. Scarsa la qualità delle istruzioni. Buona, per converso, la durata delle batterie. Non c'è purtroppo la possibilità di verificare il livello delle batterie degli auricolari tramite ad es. un display di cui auricolari anche più economici dispongono ma, una volta riposti i due in-ear nell'astuccio - peraltro molto pratico e di dimensioni ridotte - si ricaricano velocemente.

Ces petits écouteurs ont un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le son est excellent avec de bonnes basses. Ils sont très légers et tiennent bien en place, de plus, les boutons physiques sur les écouteurs sont très intuitifs. Il n'y a pas de réduction de bruit active mais honnêtement vu que ce sont des intras, il y a malgré tout une bonne réduction passive. Ca fait plus de 2 ans que je les ai et ils fonctionnent encore nickel. Honnêtement je recommande ce produit.
