Ricarica di fotocamere e videocamere tramite USB non disponibile su PC con Windows 10

Di recente è stato riscontrato che per alcuni prodotti potrebbe non essere possibile ricaricare la batteria in modo corretto quando collegati a una porta USB di un computer con sistema operativo Windows 10. Windows 10 è un nuovo sistema operativo rilasciato da Microsoft Corporation il 29 luglio 2015.

Causa del problema

Il problema potrebbe essere dovuto a una modifica delle specifiche di interfaccia USB nel sistema operativo Windows 10. Non si verifica su computer con sistema operativo Windows 8 o versioni precedenti.

Risoluzione

Per risolvere il problema Microsoft rilascerà un aggiornamento del driver tramite Windows Update. Se sul PC è impostato l'aggiornamento automatico tramite Windows Update, non sono necessari altri passaggi. Tuttavia, se l'installazione di aggiornamenti Windows Update non è impostata come automatica o se il problema persiste, è possibile installare manualmente l'aggiornamento del driver quando sarà disponibile.
