Urgent, PCI-Express card and Replacement CD

Hi - I have a VAIO VGN-AR71ZU laptop and am trying to find out if it is possible to

1. Obtain a backup Vista Ultimate OS CD( apps / drivers / etc that came originally with the laptop ), and

2. Add 'PCI-Express' card to it.
