Every time i unplug a USB drive from the TV I get a warning message on the screen saying

"Do not unplug the USB device that is still active"

How do I disable the USB device so it is safe to remove, I have looked through the menus and cannot find a way to do this. Otherwise everytime I pull out a USB drive it could damage the filesystem as the TV keeps it active.

I've just asked the same question of Sony's support and the answer is that safe removal of a USB device is not supported!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their advice is TO SWITCH OFF THE TV. INCREDIBLE.
