Been trying to sort out problems with my svr-hdt1000 tried to download manuals, but got to page but no way of downloading or looking at manual, how does one do an online chat - again no info., I found the website difficult to navigate and the pages on support totally useless! anybody else find this too?

Hi,

you say you cannot download or read the manual, have you got Adobe Reader installed on your pc?
